My family loved this dish! It was easy to make. I used Stubbs bbq sauce since I already had some. I cooked the onions first for a few minutes prior to adding the ground beef. I’ll definitely be making this dish on a regular basis.

I made this dish using chicken and a few other spicy sauces but basically the same recipe and it was delicious BBQ chicken casserole 😉 thanks for a great recipe

Not a bad casserole, everyone in my house really liked it. I also added some bacon and two different kinds of cheese chesdar and jack. I also doubled the recipe so we would have left overs and dont regret that at all. Mine did need to cook an extra 10-15 minutes, but not to bad.

Fast, easy meal that tastes good! Even the picky toddler cleaned her plate!

Yum! This is pure decadence. Not a healthy meal at all lol. But so delicious. Great for a party! I doubled the meat and BBQ sauce and used a 7x11 dish instead of 9x13.

This was delicious!! A couple things I would recommend is using more BBQ sauce than this calls for and either use a smaller than 9x13 dish because there was a lot of extra room using just one can of biscuits. I would also increase the ratio of meat to biscuit just a bit, maybe 1/4 - 1/2 c. more of meat.

This is what i came across around 6:40 something at night after a long busy day and husband asking me “whats for dinner” without having an answer to that question. Its hard to figure out meals for picky people like him. Luckily, this was quick to make and uses ingredients we always have on hand. I subbed out the onion for bacon crumbles (because he doesn’t like them), and cut up the biscuits into quarters so they’d fill out the pan better. He always seems to act a little anxious whenever I try a new recipe, but when he tried it he must have been pleasantly surprised because he finished every last bit. Glad to have found another recipe to add to the rotation!

it was very good, but if you use a 9x13 pan need more than 8 bisquits.

Delicious! I added Seasoning salt, pepper, and Garlic powder to the Hamburger meat, which i would recommend because it was awesome!

This was soooooo good! We ate all of it. The only thing I added was salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika. Highly recommend!

Delish...I used 2lbs of hamburger. Used 1&3/4cups of Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce. No Tabasco. When I used a 9x13 pan, I had to use 1& 1/2 cans of large biscuits (12 biscuits). Quick & easy.
Day 2: Added sour cream on top...Yum

I’d recommend adding a lot more meat. As it is, the biscuits are a bit overwhelming and there isn’t much to go on top. Scale the rest of the ingredients (besides the biscuits) depending on the amount of meat you add as well for it to turn out more consistent. At the very least this recipe needs double the meet and other ingredients while keeping the biscuits the same. Still, this is a good recipe, and a bit similar to another one I’ve had (they both use biscuits and cheese).

not bad. might not make again.

Very easy to make and pretty good. This won't be mistaken for pulled pork you sweated 12 hours over, but we will make this again. We did add a little cheese, but otherwise just followed the instructions.

It turned out fine. The cheese wasn’t as melty as the picture looks. I probably won’t make again.

I doubled the recipe to make more of a serving, and I used a cheddar block instead of shredded cheese(forgot it)didn’t count on the rise from the biscuits I know have burnt cheese on the bottom of my oven but I made it work still turned out pretty good 👌

It was tasty!! But.... I believe I should have used a little more beef and bigger biscuits. I added a little war-sauce and fresh garlic along with liquid smoke and a sprinkle of chili powder..... (kissing noise ) yum!

Great for the kids. They actually had seconds!! My husband & I thought it was ok, but definitely not something I'd make if it was just him & I.
