Excellent!!
The only suggestions to amp this up even more is to add 1tsp of garlic powder to the panko and then sprinkle fresh parmesan once its on the cookie sheet. Mixing the parm with the panko will make it clump.

For those who reviewed that it was watery, I find with most cauliflower recipes, you need to dry them out first because they do have water content, so I put them in the oven for about 5 min on 400F and just gage it from there if they need more time. Then I start the recipe, otherwise it can be a watery mess.

Fun to make and delicious. I made it with sriracha mayo

The concept for this recipe was good, but the sauce was absolutely terrible. It was watery and vinegar-ey, even though I followed the recipe. They tasted better without the sauce 🤷🏽♀️

Pretty tasty, upped the amount of hot sauce to give it more of a bite.

i just couldn't get the panko to stick at all. ended up burning and getting over cooked. giving it a 3 because it very well could be maker error. seems like you neee to take each individual piece at a time. i dont have the time for that
