My husband walks 10,000 + every day and needs to find an alternative to snacking all day.
Made this shake this morning and he loved it. I didn’t have the plain yogurt but used all
the other ingredients. It filled him up so time will tell if he stays away from the snacks.

Husband really liked it, the only negative for him was the calories but other than that it was great!
