- 3/4 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. butter (plus 1 for the skillet)
- maple syrup

Directions
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well.
- Heat the skillet to medium heat, add half a tbsp. of butter. When hot, pour out some butter to form a round shape on the skillet.
- Wait one minute, until the pancake starts to bubble, and then flip.
- Wait 30 seconds more before removing from skillet.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
