They were Chewy yet not able to be baked through. So bad. Do not recommend. If this was the last pancake recipe on earth - I would pass.

First time I made them they were very chewy, but the second time I added a splash of vanilla extract, some cinnamon, and a bit of baking powder and they were much lighter

1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 milk
2tsp pb
Maple syrup
1 Medium size banana

Not good, the consistency doesn't work in the pan.
