These are amazing. Like the recipe says, do not over mix. I only used ½ cup sugar and they are perfect.

These turned out great! So light and fluffy!

Very well. I used oil instead of butter, whole wheat flower, and added butter extract and banana extract as well as the vanilla.

Delicious! Toasted the walnuts before adding to batter. Also doubled the recipe to make jumbo muffins. Totally moist, not too sweet & between me, my hubby and toddler, were gone in a day!

Used a little less nuts. Came out great

Really well. I followed the recipe. I had 4 small ripe bananas and some day old coffee which I used skeptically. I also had enough batter to make 12 cup cakes and a small loaf of bread. Will copy recipe and make again!

Delicious as is - didn't change anything from original recipe. Toasted walnuts may only enhance flavor.

Some of the best muffins I’ve ever made! I did alter it a bit, but pretty much stayed true to the recipe. Subbed melted coconut oil for butter, brown sugar for white (and lowered to a half-cup), and whole-wheat flour for half the all-purpose. Perfect! Thank you!

perfect!!!!! I halved the recipe to make 6. This was my first time making perfect muffins!
They tasted exactly like banana nut bread and came out super moist and yummy 😊
