- 1 tsp. paprika (can substitute smoked paprika for extra flavor)

- 3 1/2 cups sweet potatoes (yellow)
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard (to taste)
- 4 cups water
- 2 cans white beans (drained and rinsed, remove 1 cup for pureeing)
