I used grouper. Definitely needed to broil it to make the crust actually a crust. And it took a little longer than the recipe said it would. I also did a quick salt/garlic/lemon/wine marinade before baking the grouper since I read some reviews about it being bland. That being said, this was an easy and delicious way to spice up some fish!

I used this recipe as a base and made a few changes. You do need to season the fish, I used lemon, salt, pepper, powder garlic, and white wine, and let it marinate for a bit. I laid the fish on a bed of red pepper, red onion and dried tomato before putting it into the oven. It came out delicious!

really easy and tasty recipe. I used cod and it was very good. I did end up putting it under the broiler for 2-3 minutes at the end to get it nice and browned.

Great! I would recommend the store brought pesto. I made my own and the texture of the mix was too smooth. It was still delicious!

Made it with Chilean Seabass and used pistachios instead of pine nuts - however I only had salted pistachios which made the topping a little too salty otherwise great recipe, super easy and will definitely make it again

This was pretty good fish. I found it to be a bit heavy though and I eat fish for a lighter meal. But all in all a pleasant experience.

Love this. Used philadelphia light instead of mayonnaise but followed everything else. Absolutely delicious. Have made it twice already!

It was good only thing is the cook time for the fish isn’t accurate I used swai filets and needed about ten more minutes cook time everyone who had it said they liked it. will make again

Though it would be tastier but pretty darn good!

This recipe is not difficult to make except for grinding the pine nuts. I use a coffee/spice grinder, but pine nuts tend to be greasy, so cleanup is challenging. Using a mortar and pestle might be a better choice, but take significantly more work. Outcome is tasty. I've made it with halibut and salmon. Will try cod next.

I thought this was fantastic and easy! I didn't have any pinenuts but I'm sure it would be even better with them. Will definately make again.
