I used this recipe to bake only the pork chops. It’s easy and gave me time to make side dishes

Made it tonight and it was delicious. I did use tater tots and the veggies were broccoli cuts, pearl onions, and canned mushrooms. I seasoned everything with lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Did cook it for 25 minutes - chops were a little bit on dry side but still good. Veggies were good and the tater tots were nice and crispy. Will definitely do again but cook for 20 minutes. Thanks for a winner.

Turned out great! I liked that i could put it all on a sheet pan and make it all at once.
