- grapeseed oil
- 1/4 head cauliflower
- 4 pieces kale
- grassfed butter
- sea salt (pink himalayan is best)

- preheat oven to 400°
- wash potato, poke holes with fork around the whole potato (about 6x)
- place on a baking pan and rub with grapeseed oil
