  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1/2 orange (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 C
    2. Drizzle a glass baking dish with olive oil. Place the lemon slices in the baking dish and pour the orange juice on them.

    The dish came out great. I had to broil it after daking the dish for 20min. at 200 degrees.

    Nice lemon "orange" honey flavour with Himalayan salt and ground black pepper . Used mandarin juice instead of orange. Simple but fragrant taste.
