- 5 Tbsp. olive oil (or vegetable oil, divided)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Worcestershire Sauce)
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce (or your favorite sauce/marinade)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar (omit for keto/low carb version)
- 4 cloves minced garlic (3 cloves)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or to taste)
- black pepper (to taste, preferably fresh cracked pepper)
- 1/2 potatoes (small, 0.5 small, cut into bite sized pieces)
- 2 carrots (large, 2 large, cut into bite sized pieces or 1 cup small baby carrots, halved)
- 1/2 green beans (halved)
- 1 bell pepper (small, 1 small, cut into bite sized pieces)
