I made this, although I sautéed shallots and mushrooms and added in before baking and it is a new family favorite!

Served as a side with dinner tonight and everyone loved it! This dish is easy to make a super yummy. We did add some garlic and a little Italian seasoning. Yep, I’ll make this again !!!

this is soooooo good. Its very heavy so it will feed a lot of people. i didnt have enough fresh spinach and didnt feel like going back out. i used 5oz fresh spinach and guesstimated the remainder with frozen that i thawed and squeezed out dry. I will def be making this again. i ended up using the broiler to brown

It is delicious! I've chosen to change the cream for milk though, just adding a bit more flower, to make the dish lighter,
