Great recipe and flexible enough to use the ingredients available in my fridge. I used frozen cod, slightly defrosted and it worked very well. Side dish was brussels sprouts (microwaved for 2 minutes and then sautéed with olive oil and sprayed with balsamic vinegar until it evaporated…
