- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (course)
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/4 cup scallions (– chopped)
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 liter egg (– slightly beaten)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (whole wheat)
- non stick spray (– either canola or vegetable)
