Baked chicken was always a favorite of ours and this recipe was great. I just pan fried it first and then added garlic butter and sliced of lemon on top and threw it in the oven to complete the cooking!

I make this all the time, except without the thyme. I also lightly coat with EVOO, plus add a pat of butter on top of each piece. It's simple, but really really tasty.
