- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 200 grams mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chicken stock
- 10 smoked bacon (Rashers)
- 1 jar sauce (dolmio bolognaise)

Directions
- Mix all ingredients except mozzarella, bacon and dolmio sauce together in a bowl.
- Lay bacon flat and slightly overlapping each other on a board to form a rectangular shape.
- Shape chicken mix with hands into a loaf forn the same length as the bacon. Place in the middle of bacon.
