- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seed (Powder)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 400 grams chicken breast (boneless A grade, or legs cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. fenugreek leaves (Dried, Kasuri Methi, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste (to thicken further)
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 1/2 cup water
- salt (to taste, optional, might not be necessary)
- Greek-style yogurt (Dollop thick)
- lime juice (optional)
- chopped cilantro (freshly, /Coriander)
