I used venison instead of the flank steak and the wine I happened to have in the fridge instead of the shaoxing wine. Recipe tasted just like takeout lo mein. I personally prefer my dishes to be a bit more saucy and would make a little more sauce next time.

This recipe was phenomenal. I normally tweek recipes to suite my own taste but this recipe is perfect in my opinion
