    Great easy and tasty recipe. I've made this a couple of times and always gets a great review. Can be made as an appetizer, lunch or light dinner. I like adding a few slices, or chunks of fresh avocado on top. I usually make this when I have left over chicken. Adjust the toppings and heat, you really can't go wrong.

    We all really enjoyed it. Some of us added sriracha sauce to it to make it spicier, but it was good on it's own, too.

    This is perfect! A couple corrections I made was adding some Sriracha and red peppers with the cheese between the two tortillas and I used ground turkey, mashed black beans, and cheese on top. Once out of the oven I added fresh tomato and lettuce! This was so easy to make and you can alter the toppings anyway you like!
