Description
Barbeque seasoned chicken with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese nestled in a toasted hoagie roll and topped with creamy slaw.

- 2 lb. Tyson® Ground Chicken
- 2 Tbsp. prepared bbq seasoning
- 2 cups cole slaw mix
- 1/2 cup prepared cole slaw dressing
- 4 hoagie rolls (top split)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions
- Heat a well-oiled skillet over high heat. Cook the ground chicken until the golden in color, about 10-15 minutes, season with BBQ seasoning and set aside keep warm.
- Mix the Cole slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl, set aside.
- In the same skillet, toast the tops of the rolls until golden. Remove the rolls and place on a serving platter. Half each slice of cheese and place 2 halves on one side of each roll. Divide and fill with the ground chicken and top with the slaw mixture.
