Super easy and tasty! I finally made a decent poached egg, and I added my own seasoning to the dish (little crushed red pepper, drizzle of truffle oil, white pepper, salt, a dash of everything bagel, paprika). I also made a shallow pool of olive oil for dipping since my partner is Moroccan lol. So good!

Delicious! I added a little garlic salt to the avocado and then sprinkeled a touch of chipotle chili powder on top of the eggs 😊

Just how I liked it!!!

I was skeptical at first but I really like it. I had to use boiled eggs instead of poached and I used habanero sea salt for a kick. Definitely I would make again.

Yummy start! This was so delicious and easy to make. I made it with rye toast. The everything seasoning really makes the dish. I will definitely make this again.

Why didn’t I think of this before? Only thing I did differently is I fried the eggs. My daughter doesn’t like runny yolk so I fried hers until hard and left mine runny. It was delicious!

in my opinion poached eggs are kinda hard to do first thing in the morning, personally i’ve wasted 5 eggs trying to do that and still failed.
still turned up to be tasty and nutritious

amazing recipe, the egg is delicious in combination with the avocado. i also added some seasonings and lemon into the avocado mixture because i don't like it as much plain. i really recommend giving it a try

It’s a simple recipe, easy enough to do, and mix things up. I personally will butter my bread next time.

Easy and tasty! I used Kansas City all purpose seasoning since I had it around and it was a good match.

Very good. never would have thought that this combination would work out the way it did. Only problem i had was choosing a seasoning lol

Tasted good. I had never thought about putting eggs on my avocado toast before, and it was my first time poaching eggs, and it still came out well.

The recipe turned out good, but I would recommend that the people who made the recipe would tell what seasoning to add.

Loved it! I used ciabatta bread (as I am to gluten free) and cherry tomatoes. Next time I will also add a slice of bacon to crumble on top
