It’s good and simple but the nutritional info is totally wonky. This headline says 630 calories, and the actual recipe says 440. So difficult to work into an active meal plan, but tastes good

I think I messed it up by buying the dry cheese but it tasted good anyway. Will make it again. I added garlic

Perfectly creamy and delicious. I stuck to the recipe and did not add heavy cream - it wasn’t needed!

Very good, i used pancetta and ate this for 2 days straight over the weekend. I will need to use a bigger pan next time to help keep everything together easier. Also going to try a different noodle like linguine or bucatini to see if I like that better

Excellent recipe!
Our own version of Carbonara is to add 3/4t of Red Chili Pepper flakes, about a 1/2c more Pasta Water and just before bringing all ingredients together toss 1c of Small Peas (petits pois) into the wok or skillet. Adds a bit of veg, and colour!!
