- 1/2 asparagus (kilo, fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- 5 Tbsp. Parmesan (shaved)
- balsamic vinegar

Directions
- Wash and completely dry the asparagus. Coat it with olive oil
- Place the asparagus in a single layer in a pan on medium heat. Leave them in place without stirring until they start to brown and then turn them to brown the other side, about 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and add the salt while still hot. Sprinkle with parmesan and balsamic vinegar, serve immediately.
