- 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
- 1 cm fresh ginger (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Place the chicken with the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a container. Mix well, making sure to coat the chicken well.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Place a frying pan on the stove on low heat. Add the olive oil and saute the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and serve it with rice or salad. You may also add lemon and coriander to the chicken to give it more flavor.
