- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak (cut into thin strips)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 16 oz. frozen stir fry vegetable blend (thawed)
- 1 pkg. knorr classic brown gravi mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions
- Brown steak in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, in two batches. Stir in ginger and cook 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until steak is done and sauce is thickened. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.

Didn’t like the flavour combination really.. had to add my own variations to it to make it more to my liking

This turned out great!! It looks almost exactly like the picture!! And it smells delicious and tastes delicious!! I definitely recommend this and it's super easy!!
