We loved it! Used brown rice ramen. My local market did not have bok choy so I used napa cabbage instead. Will put it in my soup rotation.

So good, perfect for a chilly evening. We spiralized two carrots so it made for extra noodles which was the perfect noodle to veg ratio.

It turned out great! I doubled the seasoning portions because I typically find most recipes to be on the bland side.
