Very good, but a little dry. Probably my own fault.

Absolutely wonderful and tender. Served 15 people with a large piece of porc loin. Also served chicken thighs prepared in a similar fashion and seasoned with Chinese 5 spices. It was a success! Five stars!

Delicious! Marinated all day, wrapped in aluminum foil and grilled. Will absolutely make again! The hubs loved it too.
