Too salty!!! I reduced the soy with a bit of water and only left it in the marinade for 30 minutes and it was almost inedible.

We loved it! I didn’t have any reduced sodium soy sauce so I split the soy sauce with some water and added a little extra ginger (ginger, garlic, and onion especially tone down soy sauce quite nicely!), my pieces were a little thicker but the recipe was great! Served it with coconut rice and veggies! Can’t wait to make it again!

Taste full and simple

This is a good "base" recipe. I reduced the amount of soy sauce by half or more. Even a "reduced-sodium soy sauce" was way too salty. I tempered the saltiness with the addition of water, but next time I will try adding a couple of tablespoons of honey.
