- 2 tilapia filets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 lime

Directions
- Pour the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, orange juice and lime juice into a pan with the burner turned off. Place the filets in the salsa. Turn the burner onto medium high.
- When the sauce starts to boil lower the heat and let the fish cook for 5 minutes. Turn each fillet carefully and cook another 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish every so often. After 15 minutes the sauce will thicken and the fish will caramelize.
- Serve immediately with its sauce over rice or with an Asian vegetable medley.
