2 SERVINGS
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 lb. round steak (beef, cut into strips)
- 8 oz. snow peas
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger

Directions
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry ginger and garlic in peanut oil for 1 minute. Add the steak and stir fry for 2 minutes or until evenly browned. Add the soy mixture, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce is thick and smooth. Add snow peas and allow them to cook for approx. 3 minutes. Serve immediately over rice, if desired.
- Note: If you like your sauce to be a little thicker you can add a little more cornstarch to the sauce mixture.
