My hubby was skeptical because we usually only add small amounts of arugula to our salad greens. He thought it would be too bitter. But he was pleasantly surprised. He loved all of the combined flavors.
The app would only allow me to give it 4 stars. It deserves 5.

Delicious! I added shaved Parmesan bc I had it handy. Perfect salad as a side with Moroccan lentil soup.

Perfect! I didn’t use grape tomatoes (used a hot house tomato instead and cut it into small chunks) but it worked and tasted delicious! Thank you for this recipe

It was so yummy! The lemon zest really adds to the flavor. I will absolutely make this again. In fact I'm writing this review because I was checking the recipe to make it a second time!
