- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 3 Tbsp. oil (canola, safflower)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
