Directions
- Attach the KitchenAid® Spiralizer Plus with Peel, Core and Slice to the power hub of the KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. Spiralize the apple with your desired blade size.
- Place the apple, Greek yogurt, water, oats, pure maple syrup, and ground cinnamon in the KitchenAid® Torrent™ Magnetic Drive Blender. Set to the smoothie program and press “start.”
- Heat the KitchenAid® Stainless Steel Skillet on the KitchenAid® Gas Convection Slide-In Range on low heat. Attach the KitchenAid® Spiralizer Plus with Peel, Core and Slice to the power hub of the KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. Spiralize the apple with your desired blade size.
- Add the coconut oil, spiralized apple, maple syrup, and cinnamon to the pan, and sauté, stirring, until the apple is al dente.
- Pour the smoothie into a shallow bowl. Top with sautéed apple noodles, walnuts, goji berries, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
