Okay, so in the pie's defense, it tasted absolutely delicious and delicate. Unfortunately there were just some things that could've been better. For one, the crust was extremely soggy so I would suggest baking the pie crust for 5 mins before filling it and possibly adding a tablespoon or so of flour to the filling mixture just to help it set up, this would help the second problem of the custard filling having an off texture. Like I said before, if you don't mind soggy crust and off textures custard then make this pie. The flavor is really very good. I used peaches and cherries.
