- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 yellow onion (large)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 cups water
- 2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz cans)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz cans)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. basil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups noodles (Elbow, uncooked)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown beef.
- Add Onions and Garlic and cook until onions are translucent.
- Add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Stir well to combine.
