- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (diced and skin removed)
- 1/2 cup scallions (sliced, green onion)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (not thawed, see shopping tips)
- 3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil (see shoppings)
- black pepper (to taste)
