I will be making this again and adding my own twist to this. I have made quite a few breads already searching for that perfect recipe and who know it could have been so simple. This was by far the best keto homemade bread, perfect loaf bread texture and I will be using it as a base for more paleo and keto bread creations. In this first try with this recipe I added chia seeds for extra fiber.

Taste Great With Soup. I used butter rather than ghee. Didn’t rise as much as I would’ve liked but cooking at high altitude is always an adventure. I’m excited to make some grilled cheese!

Great flavor...a little bit grainy, but good just to feel I was eating bread.
