Chocolate deliciousness

Silky and decadent. Everyone went nuts over it.

This is definitely the best chocolate pudding ever. My guests went crazy and kept on asking how can a chocolate pudding taste so good while having seconds :)

Yum!!! While the pudding was still warm, my husband poured it over a scoop of peanut butter and some sliced bananas and said it was one of the best desserts he’s ever had!

A little bit of effort for a delicious, silky treat! We prefer to eat it while still warm, which was very comforting on a cold night.

Made this pudding tonight and it was delicious! Everyone wanted seconds and thirds! I used 3 oz of a Lindt 85% chocolate bar and 1 oz of 70% chocolate for an intense chocolate flavour. I didn't bother straining it through the wire sieve and it was perfectly smooth. I did lay a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding which prevents a tougher layer drying on the top of it.
