Very tasty although like others have said, the directions are not great. I will precook the potatoes next time as it cook forever to cook the potatoes through. Followed the seasonings as directed and used 1/3 of a “handful” of cilantro.

Excellent easy to make. Followed Ithe recipe except did cook the potatoes a little before adding so the timing was the same as the cauliflower served with Indian chicken meatballs and naan I will make it again

Turned out well, I assume it needs more oil for that restaurant taste

i got some of the steps mixed up (trying to read once and make it). The smell was wonderful! I’ll make again with puréed tomato.
