These are so good! I find 12 minutes in my oven is a tad too long, so 11 is good When I only have sliced or slivered unsalted almonds, I use them, I just add a quarter to a half teaspoon of salt so good!

Only thing I suggest is that the batter is a harder consistency rather than soft and perhaps refrigerated mine started to spread so in my second batch I added more coconut and that worked out. Try a couple before you bake off a whole tray!
