The directions could have been clearer as to how long to whip, how long it should sit before folding the almonds, etc. Right out of the oven they are pretty chewy and soft and they fell apart.. but tastes great. Maybe they’ll hold once cooled...but overall I’m not impressed.

Awful. They absolutely were terrible. Two cups of almonds wasted. I followed,the recipe exactly and after 20 minutes, they were sticky and gooey. Back in the oven for another few minutes. Never hardened up. Threw them away.
