Love this recipe! Great anytime of the day. It's soft with a slight tender crunch of walnut. This is a staple in my house. A "cookie " and a smoothie is all I need until lunch.

They taste pretty good but these aren't protein cookies these are fat cookies 16 g of fat and only 5 grams of protein is a terrible ratio you get 5 grams of protein from regular whole wheat bread you can buy in the store. It is however good for people on low carb diets this will be just great

Love this recipe easy to follow and tastes great especially for me being a diabetic. Love that I can make these cookies and store them

Used the Arbonne Rice and Pea protein and added a scoop of fiber booster. Adds more fiber, always a good thing and I stay away from whey protein
