Excellent tasting juicy burgers. I added a tsp+ of minced garlic and replaced the hot sauce with a tsp+ of ground red pepper flakes and reduced the thyme to 1/2 tsp. I will definitely make them again.

Too much thyme but will use again. Maybe some egg to keep the mixture together when grilling........
