I agree with above. Brown sugar would be nice, as mine were spicy with red pepper flakes. I felt the time was way off for boneless skinless chicken thighs- mine were done at 400 in 8 mins and I flipped them halfway. probably would have been juicer if a minute less.

The only addition I would make is to add a little brown sugar.
