    Very nice, didn't have any sweet potato so used normal potatoes instead. Really good recipe will be making again, and the Garlic Kale suggestion on the recipe was delicious.

    Great recipe - easy to make, keeps well for leftovers for a good few days and quite nutritious with lots of kale
