    Quick, tastes great and filling! My BF is gluten free and misses bread more than anything. Tried this on a whim after making some GF brownies and it rocks! On the first bite, I tasted the egg more than anything but that quickly went away as I continued eating. It’s great with honey and jam, will try something savory soon!

    satisfies a bread craving...and fills you up! I slice in half and brown on both sides (little butter) while cooking my egg...makes the perfect breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese & bacon or sausage)...Everybody loved it!!!...add a little cheese in batter...mmmm good!!!

    I used coconut oil and added a tbs of whey protein, and they turned out beautifully! Perfectly light and fluffy. We had them for breakfast with honey and goats cheese. Delicious!

    Sadly didn’t read the comments so it was on the salty side but over all toasted perfectly and I used a ramekin and was perfect size. Light fluffy and perfect for my breakfast sandwich

    It's pretty good if you're used to keto baked goods. I used Bob Mills natural almond flour which reminds me more of whole wheat flour, then 1/8 tsp salt and unsalted butter since everyone said it was too salty, and then the rest of the ingredients were exact. It rose really well and toasted nicely. I made a ham and cheese sandwich with it and it was really great. First couple of bites tasted a little like baking powder but after that I couldn't tell. Is there no way to upload a pic on here? The bread looks really nice in a sandwich.

    I loved this bread, super easy to make. Coming from someone who hates most bread alternatives this is pretty good. I was really looking for a bread that was gluten free and not gross. This turned out to also be low carb which is a plus! Very faint taste of egg, you don't really notice it. Watch the salt, I think even 1/4 tsp is too much.
