I made this in a 12oz ramekins and spooned home made keto pot pie mixture in to the middle pushing it down and piling it up a bit. Baked it for 18mins at 400. The bread cooked all around the mixture and partially covered it on top. It was so good! This bread is a little eggy so next time might just use an egg white.

Works well for a quick bun. Make sure to get a good sear on the bun. That way it holds up to condiments and sauces

it came out great. easy and tasty. only problem was the center wasn't completely cooked so next time I'll add 15 sec

Worked out well, I think I would have used a different microwave dish, so as to get the evenness between the slices. I will try and put them in a toaster next time and see how that turned out.
