I really liked these! I used mashed sweet potato instead of shredded, and that's how I would make it again.

Tge crunch was good but not enough flavor. I will make it again and add more seasoning.

Delish!😋 I added a little bit of cumin and followed the recipe as is. I made a dipping sauce of ketchup mixed with salam olek (hot chili sauce) and another dipping sauce of a bit of mayo mixed with garam masala, curry powder, turmeric powder. It was a hit at my home 💥😜

These are very good! I added cumin but otherwise made it as written -- Instead of frying I baked them on parchment paper at 350- 15 mins flip them over 10-15 more minutes - delish!

Really good fritters. Not super quick but worth the effort of washing up the food processor. Taste is great and they are super healthy, especially as they cook for a short amount of time preserving the nutrients of the sweet potatoes.
