- 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded, use rotisserie chicken to save time)
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce (I like Franks)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. green onions (diced into thin rounds for garnishing, optional)
- potato chips (or tortilla chips, or celery sticks, for serving)
- wheat (Blue Moon Mango, for pairing)
- 16 oz. refried beans (I used spicy)
- 1 oz. taco seasoning mix (I use medium heat, reduced sodium)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 16 oz. salsa (I use medium heat and prefer a chunkier salsa for this recipe)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I use a Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (drained)
- 1/4 cup green onions (sliced into thin rounds)
- tortilla chips (for serving)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 oz. ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheese (divided, I use a Mexican blend)
- 10 strips bacon (cooked and diced small, use precooked bacon to save time and simply microwave it for about 1 minute, reserve about 2 tablespoons for garnishing, optional)
- 1/3 cup green onions (sliced into thin rounds for garnishing, optional)
- potato chips (or tortilla chips, for serving)
- 4 oz. milk chocolate (melted and cooled for 10 minutes)
- 16 oz. cream cheese ( softened, I used light cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup sugar (confectioners’ )
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup candy bar (pieces, diced small plus 1/2 cup for garnishing, I used diced Snickers, Milky Way, and Nestle Crunch)
- 1 pinch salt (optional, to balance the sweetness)
- graham crackers (wafers, etc. for serving)
